What is NOT a duty of the Field Terminal Operators (FTO)?

Field Terminal Operators (FTO) are primarily responsible for managing and processing data related to operational activities within their specific terminals. Their duties typically include performing data entry, managing ACMS (Access Control Management System) entries, and retrieving and reporting data related to those operational activities.

Conducting capability surveys is generally beyond the scope of an FTO's responsibilities. Capability surveys typically involve more in-depth assessments and analyses that may require higher-level oversight or specialized expertise. These types of evaluations often encompass broader operational capabilities, resources, and readiness assessments, which are not the primary focus of an FTO’s day-to-day tasks. Instead, FTOs concentrate on operational data management and execution within established protocols. This helps ensure that they remain focused on efficient terminal operations rather than the strategic assessment that capability surveys represent.
